To begin, it takes a lot to impress me personally when it comes to customer service based businesses. Simply because in today’s world there just aren’t a lot of businesses or people that I find go out of their way to make the customer feel valued. I cannot sing the praises enough. Little did I know they would do so much more than “pack”. I never lifted a finger, I didn’t supervise nor did I have to make difficult decisions. Their rates are competitive, but more importantly they are honest, trustworthy and kind.
